What should i do if a co-worker is confessing to me about sexual harassment ?

Yes you can denounce what happend instead of your colleague at your employer or check out if there is any sexual harassment cell in your office. It is very important to have a talk with the victim to show that you are here, that the victim is not alone against that problem

What is Gender-based violence ?

What mean gender equality ?

First you need to talk to someone you trust in.
It can be colleagues, friends, familly, your employer or defender of the rights.

What do we mean by “witnesses” ?

There is 2 type of witnesses: direct & undirect :
-Direct witnesses has seen/heard the facts
-Undirect witnesses are people that had a talk with the victim or that had observed an health degradation of them

What are the obligations for my enterprise in terms of “SSVW” ?

Protect his employee.
Make prévention.
form the employee to a non violent climate for the enterprise
Sensibilisation threw posters.
Set up a listening cell
React in consequence to bring safety to the employee
Punish the one who has committed those actions.

What are the incur risk if my employer doesn't do anything ?

An employer who don't take any measures recommanded by the prevention council, who didn't really reach the obligations can be pursue by work inspection and even the Tribunal
