What is sexual harassment ?
Form of gender-based violence, encompassing acts of unwanted physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature, which have a purpose or effect of violating the victim’s dignity and creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.
What are sexual violences ?
Sexual violence fact is a voluntary contact around the sexes areas. Those sexual areas are principally genitals organs, buccal area (lips & tongues) breasts, neck, inside the thigh and the ears.
What should i do if a co-worker is confiding to me about sexual harassment ?
Yes, you can denounce what happened instead of your colleague at your employer or check out if there is any sexual harassment cell in your office.
It is very important to have a talk with the victim to show that you are here, that the victim is not alone with that problem.
What is gender-based violence ?
Gender-based violence: Violence directed against a person because of that person’s gender, gender identity or gender expression, or which affects people of a particular gender disproportionately.
What does gender equality means?
Gender equality means that women and men, and girls and boys, enjoy the same rights, resources, opportunities and protections. It does not require that girls and boys, or women and men, be the same, or that they be treated exactly alike.

Whose am I needed to confide to?
First, you need to talk to someone you trust in. It can be colleagues, friends, family, your employer or defender of the rights.
What do we mean by “witnesses” ?
There are 2 types of witnesses:
direct & undirect :
-Direct witnesses had seen/heard the facts
-Indirect witnesses are people who had a talk with the victim or that had observed a health degradation of them

What are the incur risk if my employer doesn't do anything ?
An employer who doesn't take any measures recommended by the prevention council, who didn't really reach the obligations can be pursued by work inspection and even the Tribunal.
